Overview
Mott MacDonald is a global engineering, management, and development consultancy. We are looking for a Digital Visualisation Specialist within our Nuclear; Defence and Civil division to support a major UK programme of work. This is a long-term, complex project offering a key role in successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Support implementation of Digital Rehearsal across the programme
* Support effective communication to ensure relevant teams input on and understand the Digital Rehearsal strategy
* Assist with design reviews, safety reviews, and stakeholder sessions using immersive environments
* Enable immersive collaboration across digital and engineering teams
* Support VR hardware adoption, training, and documentation
Candidate Specification
Essential
* Proven experience in a BIM or planning role within the energy or construction sector
* Several years of experience on large-scale or high-value projects
* Familiarity with 4D construction sequencing
* Understanding of virtual reality (VR) and immersive environments
* Willingness to learn and grow in digital technologies
* Strong collaboration skills with clients, engineers, planners, contractors, and operators
Beneficial: experience with Autodesk Revit, Primavera P6 or Bentley SYNCHRO, Unity or Unreal Engine, and ability to influence key stakeholders. Strong communication skills and commitment to professional development are also valued.
