About the Opportunity
This role focuses on working closely with learners who benefit from a tailored approach to education. Sessions are designed around each individual, helping them feel supported, understood, and capable of achieving success.
Your Day-to-Day
* Deliver customised Maths and English sessions based on individual learning needs
* Support learners with a variety of additional needs, including autism and ADHD
* Provide a calm and encouraging learning environment
* Help learners develop confidence, independence, and routine
* Adapt teaching strategies to suit each learner’s pace and style
What You’ll Need
* Experience working with children or young people, particularly with SEN/SEND
* Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging, structured sessions
* Reliability and a commitment to consistency
* Local availability around Fernhurst

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
