London - Liverpool Street (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
£41,300 base + commission

The role
You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, receiving structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands‑on exposure to enterprise‑level sales conversations.
This is a foundational role with clear progression paths into Account Executive, Customer Success, or broader GTM leadership.
What you’ll be doing
* Researching and prospecting into target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, and outbound tools
* Qualifying inbound leads from trials and marketing campaigns
* Running initial discovery conversations and booking meetings for Account Executives
* Delivering clear, high‑level introductions to a modern AI‑powered IT and security platform
* Capturing detailed prospect insights to support strong demos and sales conversations
* Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date
* Learning to handle objections and drive meaningful conversion
* Staying up to date with product developments, buyer personas, and the IT landscape
* Feeding insights back into messaging and outbound strategy
What we’re looking for
* Strong commercial experience - 12 months experience in a transferrable cooperate setting
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* A strong desire to learn, improve, and exceed targets
* Comfort using modern sales tools (CRM, sequencing, LinkedIn)
* Resilience, coachability, and consistency
* Genuine interest in technology and value‑led sales conversations
You don’t need to know everything already - but you do need the ambition to get very good, very quickly.
