The Role
As the North East BDM, you will:
* Build, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers in your region
* Drive a high volume of bridging and specialist finance deals
* Represent the lender at market events and networking opportunities
* Work closely with the lending team to structure deals in line with the lender’s criteria
* Own your patch with autonomy, delivering on targets and contributing to regional growth

We are seeking a results-driven, self-starter BDM who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will have:
* Proven BDM experience in bridging or specialist finance
* A strong network of brokers and introducers in the North East
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
