Payroll AdministratorOmnia Resourcing is a leading recruitment agency based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. We're on the lookout for a payroll administrator to join our team.The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring payroll for a large temporary workforce is processed accurately and to strict deadlines.You will play an important role in supporting both our candidates and internal team, helping to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly payroll accurately and on timeUpdating spreadsheets and maintaining data recordsSending timesheets and costings to clients for authorisationManaging timesheets and resolving payroll queriesAdding new starter details to the systemLiaising with consultants, candidates & clientsMaintaining accurate records and internal systemsAbout YouPrevious experience in payroll and/or compliance within recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment preferredExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsConfident using spreadsheets, systems, and handling dataAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approachWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a growing and ambitious companySupportive and collaborative team environmentA varied and rewarding role with real responsibilityFull training givenWorking Pattern.
