Pro-Force are seeking two highly motivated and organised Account Managers to join the team across multiple sites in Kent. Pro-Force work with some of the most prestigious companies in the country, tailoring recruitment services to client’s needs and finding work for thousands of people all across the UK, EU and the globe and are a leading provider of the Seasonal Worker Scheme.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Leadership & direction of service teams to ensure fulfilment of orders – on time, in full, with associates meeting client requirements
* Plan, direct and management of on-site teams & associates to ensure high levels of staff performance, productivity and performance
* Maintaining and building on existing client relationships to manage and exceed client expectations, to maintain and develop on existing business
* Planning, allocation and managing day to day resources in line with set and agreed targets / budgets
* Assist with long term planning initiatives geared towards ensuring operational excellence
Service Delivery
* Plan, allocate and manage resources in relation to projects, programs and targets under the direction of regional management
* Work closely with the recruitment / service teams and regional management to meet objectives and long term plans
* Contribute, and take the lead in, as appropriate, adhoc projects
Management
* Effective performance monitoring of on-site teams & associates to ensure high performance standards
* Ensuring the health, safety & wellbeing of on-site team members and associates
* Effective HR delivery and management of front line HR procedures to associates
* Coaching, development and monitoring of new staff and existing staff, including delivery of training programmes – both group and one and one
Temporary Staff Management
* Prioritise candidate and client suitability to ensure effective workforce planning and organisation
* Organisation of transport, considering costs and availability
* Ensure the timely resolution of workplace issues including performance, capability, disciplinary, absence and complaints including upscaling to management as is required
* Supporting induction delivery and review of all documentation
* Support of on-site training including quality specifications, hygiene, process / performance, timekeeping, presentation and health & safety procedures
* Support of client staff as is required
* Support of temporary staff as is required to ensure welfare of staff
* Correlation of working time (timesheets) and submission to administration teams
* Effective resolution management of holidays, absence, sickness and staff replacements
* Regular checks on site including external site, lockers, canteen, toilets and other areas to ensure cleanliness
* Monitoring and managing of PPE allocation as well as regular spot checks on associates to ensure standards are met and adhered to, at the start of and during shifts
* Deputise for other team members as is required
* Accurate, complete and timely record keeping and updating and provision of suitable management information and reports
General
* Deliver all activities through strict adherence to applicable legislation and in accordance with Pro-Force policies and procedures.
* Provide regular timely reports and adhoc reports as is required to management.
* Building strong and effective working relationships with all colleagues, clients and associates
* Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods in order to facilitate the development and profitability of sustainable business relationships
* Represent Pro-Force in a professional manner at all times, and treat all clients, customers, colleagues, employees, associates and drivers with dignity and respect
* Promote the Pro-Force “Gold Standard” and it’s commitment to the provision of the highest levels of service through the development of strong partnerships at all times.
* Work diligently to achieve and exceed standards and levels of performance as agreed with the Senior Management / Management team.
