BIM Manager Our client is a successful and well respected civil engineering contractor, currently delivering a number of large, exciting infrastructure projects and with ambitious growth plans in place. They are seeking a BIM Manager to work on a large infrastructure scheme near Portsmouth, to manage BIM, Document Control & Information Security. The BIM Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to; * Implement and oversee BIM process throughout the project lifecycle; design, construction and handover * Provide support to and manage BIM, Document Control & Information Security * Ensure that all information security requirements are met (ie. Security checking of personnel) * Manage ISO 19650 conformance and information security standards * Manage and support the Document Control team * Maintain and manage the Information Execution Plan (IEP) * Manage the MIDP, ensuring all project requirements are met * Promote, develop and ensure a consistent approach to modelling throughout the project * Manage model federation * Run clash detection and coordination processes * Carry out regular model health checks, reviews, and performance reporting * Identify and implement developments/improvements within the existing software * Work closely with both the design and delivery teams to promote best practice * Attend and support project performance reviews * Support senior pro...
