Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, based in Kearsley. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives by conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, and assisting with customer outreach. Responsibilities include composing marketing materials, managing customer interactions, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves assisting with event coordination and contributing ideas to enhance promotional strategies.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
* Experience in Market Research and understanding customer and industry trends
* Proficient in Customer Service to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
* Knowledge of Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies to assist in campaign execution
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
