A leading global consultancy, renowned for its accelerated cloud transformation methodology, is seeking an Oracle HCM Senior Manager to join their Powered Apps practice. They leverage a proven six layer operating model and pre configured back office frameworks to deliver rapid, scalable HR solutions that drive real business impact.
This Oracle HCM Senior Manager opportunity will see you oversee large scale Oracle HCM Cloud deployments, advising on end to end service management and shaping HR transformation for high profile clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle applications and broader enterprise systems.
As an Oracle HCM Senior Manager, you will:
• Direct major Oracle HCM implementations from scoping through to go live and post deployment support.
• Provide expert guidance on HR operating models—covering self service, virtual agents, onboarding, payroll and absence management.
• Partner with client executives to optimise processes and maximise the return on Oracle investments.
• Lead commercial activities, contributing to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Drive practice growth by sharing thought leadership, mentoring peers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee technical and functional integration, advising on data migration and third party system connectivity.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
• Champion best practices in governance, risk management and quality assurance across all engagements.
You will have:
• A proven track record of delivering complex Oracle HCM programmes in demanding environments.
• Advanced functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and deep understanding of HR process design.
• Experience leading multi disciplinary teams and running client facing workshops.
• Strong commercial acumen, with previous involvement in business development and sales support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• An analytical mindset, capable of distilling complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience with additional HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) is desirable.
• Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance and full UK work rights.
