As a team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Associate Manager to join our Data & AI Practice. We deliver scalable, business-critical solutions for our clients in the Data Management and Governance team. Our end-to-end experience enables our Data practitioners to advise on Data management and Strategy, Modelling, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Privacy and compliance through to Data Mesh and Marketplace.

Responsibilities
* Work with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies, leveraging your prior experience in this area.
* Deliver projects using traditional delivery or Agile methodologies.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, bridging business and technical teams to understand client requirements.
* Leverage experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Lineage/Metadata Management, or Data Quality to solve business problems using data management techniques, frameworks, and best practices.
* Contribute to internal networks and special interest groups.
* Support and grow data management capabilities within teams as part of your experience.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., using Reltio) or Data Lineage solutions (e.g., Collibra) or Data Quality tooling (e.g., Informatica DQ).
* Experience growing Data Management skills within teams in a client-facing/consulting environment.
* Good working understanding of leading MDM, Data Lineage or Data Quality technologies.
* Strong knowledge of data management concepts including Reference Data Management, Data Quality Improvement, Metadata Management, Data Marketplace and Data Lineage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to apply analytical and creative thinking to problems.
* Experience working in multi-location, team-oriented environments.
Preferred / Set Yourself Apart
* DAMA CDMP and DCAM accredited.
* Experience outlining vision, strategy, and roadmap for data management and developing the case for change to support that vision.
* Experience defining and implementing reference data and metadata management, including next-generation solutions, operating models, architecture and solution components.
* Experience with Data Quality tools (Informatica DQ) or MDM (Reltio, Stibo, Informatica MDM) or Data Lineage (Collibra).
