ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Salary: £25,000.00

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

We have the job for you!

At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are looking for a new Account Co-ordinator to join our friendly team! You should be comfortable working towards strict SLAs and able to build productive relationships to ensure high standards of work.

You will be engaging with members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments, working in a fast-paced environment, and dealing with external agents by providing clear instructions and deadlines.

We are looking for a real people person who is tenacious, organized, and proactive in chasing reports to meet targets.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with using data to produce reports.

We will need a few things from you…

You should be personable yet professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.

You must be motivated to overcome problems, multi-task, and meet targets and deadlines.

While teamwork and a positive team ethos are important, you should also be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal guidance.

Qualifications are less critical than experience; the ideal candidate will have a good general education, a strong work ethic, and a passion for people.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
