Homeownership Manager
As a Homeownership Manager you will facilitate the homeownership service for The Regenda Group, inclusive of Right to Buy/Right to Acquire applications, shared ownership staircasing, lease extensions, management packs for leasehold properties, coordinator of equity loans and management of a small patch of leasehold and shared ownership properties.
Working Conditions
* Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
* Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working
* Annual salary of £35,894 (Full Time Equivalent)
* Permanent role
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the homeownership service, including processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, lease extensions, staircasing, and managing a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties.
Qualifications
* Strong background with experience in handling leasehold and affordable home ownership.
* Excellent understanding of lease and legal title, with the ability to convey information simply to customers and colleagues.
* Experience in processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, lease extensions and staircasing.
* Ability to develop effective new processes.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accurate record-keeping skills.
* Customer focused approach with an ability to positively manage customer expectations.
