The role: Client Manager/Client handler
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to join our brand-new Mid Net Worth team. The successful applicant will support a book of MNW clients, including new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals, servicing the client fully.
You will have the opportunity to be based in one of the following office locations: Glasgow or Edinburgh.

We will rely on you to:
8. To handle both new and existing customer enquiries on behalf of Mid-Net Worth clients
9. To deal with administrative processes involved in new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals, providing client advice & service.
10. To support clients as part of a team
11. Ensure all requests from clients are dealt with promptly, correctly, and efficiently within Marsh Commercial’s regulatory guidelines for compliance.
12. Building relationships with our panel of insurers to ensure the client receive the best terms and price for their policy.
13. To gather all relevant information & documentation from the clients on their policy, levels of cover and pertinent exclusions in relation to the renewal queries being presented.
14. To ensure the production of required documentation and the processing of renewal policies.
15. To ensure a pronounced emphasis is on the retention of existing customers and growing each portfolio through developing excellent client relationships, this includes obtaining referrals and cross-selling.
16. Ensure all files are maintained and updated with all document, email and telephone exchanges.
What you need to have:
17. Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc
18. Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
19. Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
20. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
21. Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
