Due to ambitious growth plans and the vision to grow a dedicated team of M&A tax specialists, a leading Top 10 practice is seeking an M&A Tax Assistant Manager.
You will be part of a close-knit team and working directly with the Partner and Senior Manager within the department.
The team currently advises across all areas on a sale and purchase, with clients primarily being large manufacturing firms, retail organisations, tech and more. However, they are always winning and delivering on projects and there is genuinely some great diverse work available.
Responsibilities:
1. Work on M&A tax advisory projects from start to finish.
2. Collaborate with the Partner and Senior Manager.
3. Advise clients across various sectors including manufacturing, retail, and technology.
