Practice Nurse – Headingley, Leeds
Dream Medical is looking for a Qualified Practice Nurse to work on‑going shifts at a GP Surgery in Headingley.
Role: Locum Practice Nurse covering up to 24 hours a week (can increase).
Key Responsibilities
* Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
* Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
* Simple dressings
* Chronic disease management
* Cervical cytology
* Spirometry
* Diabetes care
* NHS health checks
* Health promotion and weight loss advice
* Smoking cessation
* Work with GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent patient care
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified Practice Nurse (UK)
* Experience with the above responsibilities
* Genuine team player attitude
* Reputable locum experience (optional)
* Good communication skills
