The Role We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, offering a clear pathway into a Recruitment Consultant position. You’ll start by learning candidate resourcing, relationship building, and the fundamentals of recruitment, before progressing into a more client-facing consultant role as you develop. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and directors, gaining hands-on experience from day one in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
