Your Mission
As a Lead Generator, your role will be to proactively identify and connect with potential business customers, introducing them to the companys energy comparison services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, building rapport with decision-makers, and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Youll work towards achievable targets, using excellent communication skills to engage clients and explain the benefits of switching energy providers. This is a fast-paced role where resilience, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset will be key to your success.
* Sales Experience Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role is beneficial but not essential.
* Confident Communicator Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships.
* Target-Driven Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Resilient & Proactive Ability to handle objections and remain persistent in generating new leads.
* Team Player Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.
* IT Proficiency Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
