WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administrator to join us in our friendly, dedicated and established team working at our Cambuslang Office (Glasgow)
DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties using keyboard, office, Teams and strong IT skills
2. Act as an admin support for Hub regions
3. Co-ordination and sourcing of appropriate training
4. Organisation and coordination of meetings and events
5. Completion of monthly tasks according to deadlines
6. Recording of essential company information to third parties on our database (CHARMS)
7. Act as first point of contact for our customers and portray a positive, professional and helpful image of the organisation
8. Understand and follow unique processes
9. Note/Minute taking at meetings where appropriate
10. Coordinate Initial visits for FCAS
11. Liaison with key stakeholders such as Foster Carers and Local Authorities
12. Cover reception duties (lunch/annual leaves)
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
13. Previous Administrative experience
14. Solid educational background to include GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
15. Be able to evidence an understanding of the use of IT and electronic communications including the use of Microsoft Office in particular TEAMS, Word, Excel and Outlook email
16. A good knowledge of administrative systems and processes
17. Be able to demonstrate effective communication
18. Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
19. Administration qualification or equivalent
