We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence.
3. Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
4. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other business forms as needed.
5. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
6. Help coordinate supply orders and inventory tracking.
7. Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
8. Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks.
9. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.


Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional office management or administrative certification is a plus.
* Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
* Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
