Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits organisation that, due to continued growth, is looking for a Client Service Specialist to support consultants with their clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Being the first point of contact for client queries
2. Supporting with managing the renewals process
3. Producing reports for the consultants to review for upcoming renewals
4. Must have prior employee benefits experience, ideally Group Risk
5. Strong administration experience
This role can be remote or hybrid, based at one of their offices.
