What You Will Be Doing Working within welcoming and supportive school environments, you will: Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range Support pupils' progress through effective assessment and feedback Adapt confidently to different classroom settings Contribute positively to school life and learning outcomes Take advantage of opportunities for longer-term placements as they arise While most placements will be within Welsh-medium schools, opportunities in English-medium settings may also be available if preferred. What We Are Looking For To be successful, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Recent experience delivering the Welsh curriculum Fluency in Welsh and confidence teaching through the medium of Welsh Experience within the Foundation Phase and/or Key Stage 2 Strong classroom management skills The ability to motivate, inspire, and engage learners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Applications from NQTs are encouraged, and any supply teaching completed can contribute towards your Induction Year.
