Born in January 2023, Orrest Digital is the UK’s leading creative social agency for convenience stores. We help independent retailers build organic communities that drive millions in online sales.


About You

✅ Ability to lead & develop sales strategy

✅ Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

✅ Strong organisational skills to ensure smooth campaign and client management

✅ Ability to analyse data and report on campaign progress and performance

✅ Competent with sales CRM software

✅ Self-Motivated & have a brilliant work ethic


We’re growing quickly, things are a bit chaotic (in a good way), and we need someone who can dive headfirst into the madness with us.


The Role

As a start-up, we have to be dynamic. This hybrid role is key to our future & growth. We partner with 100s of retailers throughout the country and have plans to triple in size over the next 12 months, both in the UK & USA.


You'll take charge of Client Services, Inbound & Outbound Sales.


You'll lead client sales calls, sit in on client catch-ups & collaborate with our social media managers to ensure smooth client onboarding. You'll build relationships with new & current clients, while being the driving force behind company growth alongside our founder.


Your organisation & conversational skills are key for this role. Alongside outside-of-the-box thinking to win new business. Gone are the days of boring cold calling. As a lean, start-up agency, we have to think outside the box. You are the first point of contact for new client inquiries, which can come in 100+ at a time.


Key Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
* Track record of solid sales results
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment
* Experience within convenience/retail is a bonus
