The Best Connection are excited to advertise for a full time Administrator role to join a busy logistics company based in Littlehampton - available immediately! The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping operations smooth, compliant, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule vehicle movements and driver shifts for efficient delivery operations.
* Ensure compliance with driver hours, tachograph regulations, and all other relevant transport legislation.
* Manage internal systems to track vehicle activity, job status, and performance targets.
* Coordinate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are met.
* Support operational teams with timely and accurate administration.

What We're Looking For:
* Previous administrative experience in a logistics, transport, or similar operational environment ideal
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of driver regulations ideal
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable using scheduling or tracking systems (training provided where needed).
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break
