As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skills, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our residents during a vulnerable time in their lives, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions—an incredibly rewarding aspect of the role.
You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' experience in health or social care, hold a valid PIN, and understand your professional standards as set by the NMC. You will have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, supporting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. Effective communication, both verbal and written, and professional behavior are essential. You will advocate for and deliver person-centered care, recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and knowing how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training, including escalation procedures if concerns arise.
