About The Role
We are currently looking for a HR Data Specialist to join our European HR Department. This role will play a critical part in providing Tier 2 support for our newly implemented HRIS system, Workday. As we work to enhance the Workday user experience, we seek a candidate who is proactive and eager to make a difference in a dynamic environment. The role reports to the Director of HR Strategy & Transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Serve as a Tier 2 resource for Workday support, addressing escalated issues, troubleshooting, and providing regional transactional support via a ticketing system.
* Support regional processes and handle acquisitions by acting as the key liaison between the technical Workday team and HR Managers.
* Generate and provide reports for HR processes.
* Ensure the smooth operation of Workday within the region through consistent support.
* Perform data cleansing, system stabilization, and process optimization to ensure high efficiency and quality outputs.
* Provide specialized HR data reporting and analysis, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting on confidential HR data within deadlines.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance HR process efficiency and user experience.
* Support projects related to new systems and system developments.
What You’ll Need
* Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday or similar.
* Experience in a corporate HR role is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience working in an international setting is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
* An independent, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
* Motivation to work in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
