Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bradford for a Residential Team Leader. The Residential Team Leader will oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the residential setting, ensuring high-quality care and support are provided to oyr Children and young People
Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating care plans, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for staff and residents. The role entails collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and providing hands-on support when needed, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
Qualifications
* Team leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
* Experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring care plans
* Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and safeguarding practices
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Empathy, patience, and a passion for delivering care services
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
