Junior Digital Designer (Outside IR35)

Rate: £125–£175 per day (Outside IR35)
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong design sensibility and a proactive approach to contribute across a range of digital channels and campaign activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design digital assets across onsite, CRM, and performance marketing channels.
* Support campaign rollouts by adapting assets, performing QA, and ensuring consistency.
* Upload and manage assets using Monday.com.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand standards and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
* A junior-level designer with a portfolio showcasing digital work.
* Ability to work across multiple formats and platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
* Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
