The Role: Managing and supporting a team of electricians in delivering maintenance services. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, service level agreements, and audits. Conducting toolbox talks, overseeing planned maintenance schedules, and responding to reactive maintenance requirements. Acting as a key point of contact between senior management and the maintenance team. Providing technical guidance and leadership, ensuring a high standard of work across the team.
