Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals on the outskirts of Gloucester.
We have a great new opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused Private Patient Administrator to join our team at Winfield Hospital, based in Gloucester.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage the private patient pathway within the hospital to ensure all private patients receive the service they expect.
* Deliver high standard support to customers and be a motivating and approachable point of contact for employees involved in the private patient journey to ensure operational excellence.
* Organise and prioritise workload and support others.
Required Skills and Attributes
* Attention to detail and team working.
* Ability to use and analyse data.
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring With You
* Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining outstanding level of customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills to include Excel and Word.
* Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred.
