Role Overview
As a Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Bridge View House, lead a team of care professionals, and deliver the highest standards of care. Building strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families will be key to your success and the home's overall success.

Requirements include previous experience in a nursing setting, strong operational management skills, and a valid NMC Pin. A current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
