As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a vulnerable time in their lives, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions—an incredibly rewarding role. You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and a commitment to your profession according to NMC standards. You will have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and professional behavior are essential. You will advocate for and deliver person-centred care to residents and their families. Recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and knowing the appropriate actions to take are crucial, and safeguarding training is mandatory for all colleagues.
