Do you have experience leading teams and coordinating support services within an educational, care or support environment?Stamford College is looking for an enthusiastic and organised ALS Team Leader to join our Skills for Work & Living (SWL) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team of support staff and play a key role in ensuring learners with additional needs receive high-quality, effective support throughout their educational journey.We have flexible opportunities available we can consider both part-time and full-time applications.

We have a combination of permanent and maternity cover hours available.About the Role As ALS Team Leader, you will coordinate and manage learning support provision across the College, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to meet learner needs. You will work closely with curriculum teams, teaching staff and the wider SEND team to deliver an outstanding support service that enables students to succeed.You will:Lead, support and develop a teamCoordinate support allocations and staff timetables across curriculum areasMonitor the quality and impact of learning support provisionConduct observations, supervision, appraisals and performance reviewsSupport recruitment, induction and staff development activitiesWork collaboratively with curriculum teams to ensure learners receive the right support at the right timeEnsure accurate recording, auditing and reporting of support activity and funding evidenceContribute to continuous improvement and the development of inclusive practices across the CollegeAbout You We are looking for someone who has:Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and/or disabilitiesExperience coordinating teams, resources or support provisionStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience supervising, mentoring or managing staffA good understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practiceA proactive, flexible and solution-focused approachPrevious experience within Further Education, learning support or educational settings would be advantageous.If this sounds like the perfect next role for you, apply now!Why work for IEG?Generous Leave: 30 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and Christmas close down.
