EYFS/KS1 Teacher

£31,650 - £49,084 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at the point of registration)

We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Boston that is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The school is looking for a creative and committed teacher who can provide high-quality learning experiences, support pupils to achieve their full potential, and contribute positively to the wider school community. Requirements:
To be considered for the EYFS/KS1 Teacher position, you will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Have experience teaching within EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and National Curriculum
4. Be able to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
5. Have effective behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
6. Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
7. Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
8. Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
