We are recruiting confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support schools with day-to-day cover and short-term assignments. This role is ideal for HLTAs who want flexibility, regular local work, and the chance to use their skills without committing to a permanent role. The role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Lead small groups or cover whole classes when required Deliver pre-planned learning activities set by the teacher or school Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day You can choose the days you work and the schools you support.
