Location: Woodford Green, Essex
Salary: £28,000 per year
Hours: 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
A wonderful nursery in South Woodford is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner level 3 to join their growing nursery team in the following roles:.
Your role as a Nursery Practitioner includes-
* Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s need
* Ensure you are familiar with the key policies and procedures, especially safeguarding children, equal opportunities, behaviour management and health and safety.
* Ensure child profiles for your Key children are up to date and relevant.
* Ensure parent issues and concerns are dealt with promptly and accurately.
* Individual Learning Plans for your Key children
* Assist the Room Leader to ensure the smooth running of the room.
* To promote at all times good relations between staff members, parents and children, and promote the quality ethos of the nursery.
Requirement: for the ideal Nursery Practitioner
* Level 3 and above in Childcare & Early Years
* Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
* The ability to deliver high-quality practice.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, health & safety, safeguarding practices
* Excellent communication skills.
* Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with staff and parents
* Good ICT skills
