We are seeking mobile technicians to join our Reading branch, performing repairs and replacements.
Responsibilities:
* Repair damaged glass on all vehicle types, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
* Collaborate and share knowledge with regional team members.
* Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback to the business.
* Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A positive attitude and pride in your work.
* Willingness to build a career and support team members.
* A full valid UK driving licence.
* No call outs!
* Availability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
* Full training for NVQ qualifications.
