What You Will Be Doing
* Technical Leadership: Handling complex servicing, major mechanical repairs, and deep-level diagnostics.
* VAG Mastery: Utilizing dealer-level diagnostic tools to solve faults on premium German marques.
* Expert Mechanics: From timing belts and clutches to engine rebuilds and safety inspections.
* Future Tech: Working across modern petrol, diesel, Hybrid, and EV systems.
* Workshop Flow: Working efficiently to hit targets while maintaining elite levels of workmanship.
Are You The One?
* You are a Senior Car Mechanic or Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with significant workshop experience.
* You possess a "diagnostic brain" and take pride in solving complex electrical and mechanical faults.
* Experience with VAG brands is highly desirable, but your overall technical authority is what matters.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
