Job Description
* Direct and manage audits, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the relevant standards.
* Handle complex accounting tasks and provide insightful solutions.
* Effectively communicate with the clients to address their queries and provide guidance.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure successful completion of assignments.
* Manage tax assignments as per the company's and clients' requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations.
* Contribute to team development and foster a positive working environment.
* Support business development activities to drive the company's growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit & Accounts Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using accounting software.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
