Lead the group’s data strategy and associated reporting capabilities. Support and maintenance of the group’s Salesforce CRM platform.
Responsibilities
* Working with the Head of IT, lead the data strategy to enhance the reporting capabilities of the group.
* Design, develop and implement a suitable data architecture for our Epicor ERP and Salesforce CRM data.
* PowerBI reporting.
* Development of SQL scripts and Python code as needed.
* Salesforce administration and configuration as needed.
* Support call logging and management.
* Liaising with 3rd Party Support.
* Assisting other team members as and when required.
Required Experience
* Level 5+ qualification or higher in a technical field.
* Previous experience as Data Engineer.
* Strong skills managing data warehouse or lake platforms, DevOps; strong PowerBI skills are essential.
* Excellent verbal, non‑verbal and written communication skills.
* Accepts and actively seeks responsibility and can prioritise tasks.
* Flexible work to cover busy periods (month end and manage time issues from overseas needs).
* Minimum 5 years relevant practical experience within the data engineering function.
* Worked in a similar role within a high growth business with international subsidiaries/exposure.
* Ability to be in the office 3 out of 5 days per week.
