THE ROLE
You’ll support the product vision for customer and operations platforms, reporting to the Head of Technology & Product. Hands-on collaboration from day one.
You’ll work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and ops specialists, turning customer feedback into practical, shippable solutions.
• Support a 12-month roadmap blending quick wins with game-changing initiatives
• Run discovery: user interviews, prototypes, A/B tests to nail customer needs
• Support cross-functional squads (engineers, designers, ops) in 2-week sprints
• Track KPIs like conversion, NPS, churn, and cost-per-order
• Translate business goals into specs that ship fast and scale big
• Influence stakeholders from frontline crews to C-suite execs
YOUR PROFILE
• Multiple years in technical product management
• Proven launches that moved metrics (e.g., “Boosted retention 25% via personalised flows”)
• Agile squad support; comfy with Jira, user stories, and data tools (SQL, Amplitude)
• Sharp communicator: influence techies and execs with ease
• Bonus: Subscription models, ops-heavy domains, Figma prototyping
• 2.1+ Bachelor’s in relevant field or equivalent real-world wins
