The Project Manager role is part of our Strategic Projects Team, focusing on delivering a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support Giacom's future growth and ambitions. This team plays a critical role within the organisation and reports directly to the Executive Team
What you'll be doing:
* Managing the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, collaborating across all business functions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
* Developing and managing all project artefacts across the entire delivery lifecycle.
* Maintaining a clear view of project status, progress, plans, dependencies, budgets and forecasts, communicating this information effectively to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Defining project scope and deliverables in alignment with the requirements of sponsors, business leads and key stakeholders.
* Identification of benefits associated with each project and provide a mechanism and clear path through to realisation
* Identifying and managing all project issues and risks through effective tracking, clear communication, and appropriate mitigation strategies, while escalating as necessary in line with the agreed project governance protocol.
* Coordinating all internal project resources and where appropriate, third parties/vendors, to facilitate project delivery.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
* A proven track record of delivering transformative business change projects, with a particular focus on Connectivity, Mobile, Voice Services, IP Communications & Cloud technologies.
* Strategic thinker with experience in driving synergies through technology modernisation, capable of identifying opportunities, planning effectively and delivering results.
* Managing project financials, including the development of the initial business case, estimates, budgets, risks and forecasts for both OPEX and CAPEX.
