We are delighted to be working with this Romford based law firm. They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Typical duties include:
· Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
· Dealing with lease extensions
· Re-mortgages
· New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters
· Transfers of equity
· Business development
Candidate specification:
· Experience working within Conveyancing
· Qualified as a Solicitor or England and Wales
· Team player
· Well organised
· Ability to go above and beyond for clients
· Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members
