As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include dealing with customers, ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is your duty to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally to you, and you should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
