Coach Drivers Wanted – PCV Licence Essential
J&B Travel is a family-run coach hire company, proudly serving Yorkshire, the UK, and beyond since 1983. Due to growing demand, we're expanding our team and seeking skilled drivers to operate one of the most modern fleets in Yorkshire.
The Role
As a J&B Travel driver, you'll ensure the safe and timely transport of passengers while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and company standards.
* Complete pre- and post-trip checks using the latest technology.
* Keep your coach clean, inside and out.
* Assist passengers when required, including those with additional needs.
* Maintain accurate tachograph records.
Requirements
* Valid PCV licence, CPC card, and Digital card.
* Previous coach or bus driving experience.
* Strong driving ability and customer-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
* Must pass DBS and drug/alcohol checks.
* Reside in the Yorkshire area.
What We Offer
* Full-time contracts (no zero-hour) with guaranteed minimum 30 hrs/week.
* Shift patterns: Sun–Wed, Fri–Mon, or weekends.
* £13.00–£14.50 per hour + overtime, paid weekly.
* 20 days holiday + statutory, averaged holiday pay.
