What You Will Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A practical, hands-on approach is essential, along with proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software, ideally Autodesk products. Excellent communication skills, punctuality, dependability, and a comprehensive awareness of customer needs. A degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience are preferred, but candidates with other qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
