Job Description:
Pay Rate: From 1st of April, £12.90 per hour. As an incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your pay rate to £14.10 per hour.
Shift Pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 2am and 11pm, including weekends.
* Successful candidates will need to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts, including handling and serving alcohol.

AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOU’LL:
* Assist with deliveries.
* Prepare meats and vegetables.
* Support fellow chefs.
* Assist in stock rotation.
* Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
* Manage time effectively for prep and service.
* Follow precise measurements and portion sizes.
* Perform cleaning duties as directed.
