• Must have at least one year experience of working at Japanese cuisine restaurant. • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlet. • Allocate tasks and duties to front of house staff and supervise in completion of same whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is provided. • Responsible for recruitment, discipline, and ongoing training of front of house staff. • Provide and participate in Health and Safety training ensuring that regulations and procedures relating to the health and safety of customers are adhered to. • Ensure that bar areas comply with all current legal and internal requirements regarding Licensing, Weights and Measures, Food Safety, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations, Manual Handling and Fire regulations. • Responsible for handling and resolving any Customer issues. • Take responsibility for collecting, checking and retaining all necessary documentation required to prevent illegal working in the outlet. • Responsible for processing resources or sums of money following established procedures, e.g. daily recording of takings, safe disposal of all monies on a daily basis. • Monitor and replenish levels of stocks/stores of equipment and supplies within an agreed budget. • Monitor supplier performance and product quality and deal directly with any issues that arise. • This list is not exhaustive Sponsorship transfer options available if you alreaedy have one
