We' re looking for someone who will have both the experience & knowledge in providing an intensive housing management service to individuals who are living in temporary accommodation in the city, providing advice, support & guidance to the customer via daily contact in their home as well as arranged weekly key working appointments. Completing resident sign ups & inducting residents into their new temporary accommodation. They will also have responsibility for carrying out daily admin tasks & have the appropriate IT skills for record keeping and managing customer information, ensuring that data systems are accurate, and reporting is robust. Daily H&S checks for the accommodation & building which will include weekly fire panel tests.
