Salary £12.60 per hour (£24,638 pa, pro rata), and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

What you’ll do
1. Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
2. Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
3. The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help!
4. Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
5. Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

You have
6. Calm under pressure with great communication skills
7. Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally
8. Good judgement and clear communication
9. You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way.

The practical bits
10. You will be based in and working at our Supported Accommodation service in Bodmin, Cornwall
11. You will work Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts each week from 06.45 to 17.45 (10.5 hours each shift) and one weekday night-time shift from 17.45 to 06.45 (12.5 hours).
12. Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings
13. Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
14. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
