Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing the Production/Aseptic services at Royal Gwent Hospital, manufacturing pharmaceutical products for patient use across ABUHB sites.
* Planning and developing the service aligned with operational strategies, managing professional and technical staff.
* Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, patients, carers, and support groups.
* Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant guidelines.
